Outing is committed to protecting the privacy and data of its users and adheres to collecting and processing data in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the State of Kuwait. By using the app or website, you acknowledge your complete agreement to this policy without any conditions or restrictions.

• Direct Personal Data: Full name, civil ID number or photo, passport photo, date of birth, nationality, gender, phone number, email address, language preferences.
• Registration Data: Registration is done via phone number first, with the option to later link the account to Google or Apple ID.
• Location Data: We use GPS functionality while using the app.
• Payment Data: We do not store payment card information as payments are processed through licensed and secure payment gateways.
• Booking Data: Booking history, reviews, inquiries, and content published by users.

• Host Data: Identity documents, commercial licenses, rental unit data and details, and photos.

Outing does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party for purely commercial purposes. However, we share your personal data with the following parties to achieve the purposes set out in this policy and to implement the services provided by Outing:

• Property Owners (Hosts): We share necessary guest data to complete bookings and communication, including (full name – phone number – civil ID or passport photo – booking date).
• Guests: We share host data related to the rental unit such as (business name – phone number – unit location – access instructions).
• Outing Employees: Authorized employees with access to data for processing bookings, security verification, and customer service.
• Service Providers: Such as payment gateways, cloud computing and storage service providers, security verification service providers, and information security companies to the extent necessary to provide the service and ensure operation safety.
• Government or Judicial Authorities: When officially requested or as required by law, including all personal data and identity documents.
• New Owner: In case of ownership transfer of the app or company to any other party, data also transfers to the new owner within their commitment to this privacy policy.

Outing commits to sharing all necessary data, including photos of identity documents and personal data, with the parties referred to above within the limits of achieving service purposes and regulatory compliance, and will not be used outside the scope of this policy.

Outing retains user data until it achieves the purposes for which it was collected or until deletion is requested, unless there is a legal obligation requiring us to retain it.

• Modify or update their data through the app.
• Delete their account and data permanently through the app.
• Withdraw consent for processing their data (considering there may be another legal basis that requires us to retain it).
